RC902 재무경제론 (FINANCIAL ECONOMICS)
In order to establish basic concepts and analytical frameworks for financial decision making, it is necessary to examine the temporal value of money, valuation of future cash, risk and return, CAPM, M & M Theorem, corporate capital structure and dividend policy, agency theory, corporate ownership structure, corporate governance, and corporate management markets. This course focuses on understanding concepts and analyzing and applying them to realistic problems.
RC901 회계학 (ACCOUNTING)
Students learn the importance of accounting in the modern economic society, and learn the basic concepts and principles of accounting and practical affairs of business accounting. Students also utilize the accounting information by understanding the process of generating accounting information.
RC910 게임이론 (GAME THEORY)
This course will help students to make reasonable decisions in real life by studying game theory, which is a study that explores strategy in logical mathematical aspects.
RC923 경쟁법의 규제이론과 집행사례 (THEORY AND CASES OF COMPETITION POLICY)
In order to enforce the Competition Act (Fair Trade Act), two kinds of studies, namely Economics and Law, are required. In this lecture, students will learn how to utilize the Economics knowledge necessary for enforcing competition law enforcement. It analyzes why entrepreneurs are motivated to engage in behaviors such as abusing market dominant position, mergers, cartels, and their economic effects by microeconomic measures of, and deals with actual examples of competition law.
RC981 경쟁전략과 산업분석 (COMPETITIVE STRATEGY AND INDUSTRY ANALYSIS)
After analyzing the structure and behavior of the global management environment that changes day by day, we first learn about the system and basic principles of how companies make strategic decisions for sustainable development, and then review the market structure (perfect competition, monopoly, oligopoly and monopolistic competition). Then we study the company's response strategies based on its market structure, outsourcing and in-house strategy under global value chain and supply chain, price strategy vs non-price strategy, dynamic competitive strategy of companies for continuous comparative advantage, framework of industry analysis and and conduct case study.

This course compares pros and cons of the system (model) that explains the basic theory of leadership and culture at the national level, and cultivate skills to fulfill roles and responsibilities as a mid-level global leader.
RC978 글로벌경영환경과 기업전략 (GLOBAL MANAGERIAL ENVIRONMENT AND COMPANY STRATEGY)
This course analyzes the structure and behavior of global business environment that changes at a very fast pace and teaches about the system and basic principles of what kinds of strategic decisions are made for sustainable development. In particular, we will analyze the global management environment due to technological change, conduct an in-depth analysis on what kind of market environments are created as AI, IOT is fused with existing manufacturing and service industries and what strategies are required for related corporates, by looking at major examples.

This course focuses on the financial aspects of carbon, climate and environment that are important in all industries by understanding climate finance, green finance, environmental finance markets and carbon trading schemes. Students learn how to create, register, market, buy, trade, and sell carbon credits and understand the trading system and the market.

This course explores the economic logic or efficiency behind the law or justice that regulates society.

In order for the government to resolve the various economic and social problems and to promote national development under revenue deficiency, this course aims to cultivate the ability to judge the validity through cost benefit analysis for large-scale public investment projects

This course is a study on the theory and practice of general taxation including government measures to increase the level of compliance for securing the tax revenue and equal burden of taxation which has gained much interest concerning recent increase of scale in welfare finance procurement.

This course aims to develop the ability to summarize, organize, and analyze numerous data from the market economy. We use EXCEL or SPSS.
RC970 인수합병의 경제학 (ECONOMICS OF MERGERS)
The controversy of “Does Merger & Acquisition really enhance corporate value and shareholder value and help the economy?” has long been existed among scholars and parties in the industry. The purpose of this course is to provide students implications of M & A in economic, financial, legal, policy, and social welfare aspects and to have practical knowledge through an understanding of the actual M & A Deal Process. The course first explores how M & A enhances or inhibits competition and efficiency, and what effect it has on the welfare of consumers and understand them based on various industries and cases of various sizes. This course would be beneficial to students who want to engage in investment banking, FTC, banking, and corporate strategic business. The course does not require a lot of financial background knowledge, but basic accounting knowledge and economic knowledge would be helpful.
RC733 통계학 (STATISTICS)
Students will learn how to think statistically by understanding and interpreting intuitively rather than aiming at understanding and acquiring basic knowledge about statistics in mathematical aspects.
RC572 프로그램 R (PROGRAM R)
R is a programming language and software environment for statistical calculations and graphics. This course explains how to use R to organize and explore data. Students will also learn basic R data structures and how to deal with them, and learn basic R programming techniques for data analysis and visualization.
RC587 환경경제학 (ENVIRONMENTAL ECONOMICS)
Environmental Economics is concerned with analyzing the rational use and management of natural environment with analytical tools of economics. The purpose of this course is to study what kinds of economic systems and policies should be introduced for balancing between the human wants and environmental conservation. The students also learn the benefit/cost analysis of environmental regulation policy.
