In addition, the global financial order is likely to be reorganized due to instability of the exchange rate caused by the emergence of the euro currency and the short-term international capital movements.

Internally, there has been a shift to a market system through the liberalization of manufacturing sectors, financial sectors, foreign exchange markets and capital markets, and the domestic corporate environment is experiencing rapid changes in term of exchange rates, interest rates and labor unions.
